Founded in 1982 by Jim Hickox, Apple Corps started as a two-man operation. Armed with one mop and bucket, one vacuum and one mantra–“we don’t cut corners, we clean them”–Apple Corps grew into a reputable commercial cleaning company known for superior cleaning services and even better customer service.
That reputation was made servicing a wide range of facilities in the greater Boston area and southeastern Massachusetts, including office buildings, retails stores, educational facilities, medical buildings, health club facilities, condominium and apartment complexes, construction projects and Houses of Worship.
During our three decades in business, Apple Corps has developed a number of programs to improve our quality of service and the cost efficiency of our cleaning programs. That includes a Customer Care Center where clients can rate our performance from the night before. If there’s an area where we might not be meeting a client’s needs, one note in the Customer Care Center and Apple Corps will make the necessary adjustments.
The Customer Care Center is also available for clients who have special cleaning needs outside of the routine daily cleaning.
Apple Corps has also computerized operations in the areas of accounting, scheduling, and customer service. In addition, we have established accounts with most of the janitorial supply houses in the Boston area in order to ensure our access to any equipment and supplies needed, at any time.
By constantly striving for improvement, Apple Corps has been able to grow from the one bucket/one vacuum days to a commercial cleaner that cares for more than two million square million per night for Fortune 500 and worldwide corporations.
